Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Site Project Portfolio Manager in Petersburg, VA to lead the site PPM process, prioritize portfolio, and coordinate with Finance and leadership. The role requires guiding project managers, ensuring alignment with site strategy, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.

You will work with cross-functional teams, provide strategic reviews, and manage communications for risk, timing, and resource constraints.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field with experience in project or change management.
• Strong experience in project portfolio management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Project Portfolio Management process and prioritization; drive alignment with site management.
• Coordinate investment budget development and provide PPM support to finance.
• Standardize site portfolio governance and manage monthly steering group processes.
• Drive communications and serve as primary site contact for portfolio coordination.
• Guide project managers in execution and resolve stakeholder challenges.
• Develop and deliver PPM training and coaching across site personnel.
