Expeditors in Ellenwood, GA is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to partner with business leads, define process roadmaps, and drive customer-focused improvements on-site. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and ensure timely delivery by aligning inventory, transportation, and 3PL activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of supply chain or logistics experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Project tools; Google Workspace preferred.
• Ability to define, develop, and document business processes.
• Experience with PDCA or other continuous-improvement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact to manage site Operations exceptions & reporting.
• Manage KPIs: OTIF, dock-to-stock, inventory accuracy, ticket SLAs.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in a 590k sq ft facility.
• Coordinate with hubs, spokes, and transportation for stable flow and capacity; support 10–20% local travel.
• Lead cost-saving and process-improvement projects; implement best practices.
