Anduril Industries seeks a Logistics Manager to build and lead Arsenal-1's on-site logistics, end-to-end strategy, and carrier management in Ashville, OH. You will own site transportation for Air Dominance & Strike products, drive cost efficiency, and partner with global teams to align with enterprise goals.

The role requires 8+ years in logistics, strong leadership, vendor management, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
Proven ability to scale logistics for a high-volume site.
Experience managing U.S. domestic freight networks at scale.
Willing to travel up to 15%.
Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Own site logistics for Air Dominance and Strike products at Arsenal-1 (Ashville, OH).
Define transport requirements and partner on carrier strategy across modes.
Lead logistics sourcing, run RFPs, negotiate contracts, manage vendors.
Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the network.
Coordinate inbound, intra-site, and outbound distribution flows.
Oversee 24/7 coverage and urgent shipping lanes for AOG/MICAP events.
