Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Lead for the Maneuver Dominance team at the Costa Mesa HQ. You will drive strategic supply network development and cost management across lifecycles, collaborating with engineering, quality, and manufacturing.

You will shape supplier engagement, BOM strategies, and cost optimization in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, with eligibility for a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or advanced technical degree in mechanical engineering.
• Experience in electronics and/or mechanical device design and development.
• Experience with early supplier engagement and high-tech, high-mix, low-volume environments.
• Familiar with fast-paced startup environments and agile sourcing practices.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier selection from the approved supplier list.
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development with clear SOWs.
• Develop and consolidate a manufacturing BOM with Quality & Manufacturing.
• Manage CAPEX throughout NPI and ramp production.
• Perform value-stream mapping to optimize lead time and flexibility.
• Complete BOM risk assessment and alternate sourcing options.
• Lead cost engineering to converge bottom-up costs to product cost and address tariffs.
