Job summary

Aramark Nexus is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to partner with site leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and operations for a Hereford, Texas project. You will lead staffing, employee relations, policy compliance, and housing support as applicable.

The role requires strong business acumen, effective prioritization, and fair treatment of all employees under federal and state law, with training aligned to corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• PHR/SPHR certification required.
• Proficiency in interviewing, recruitment, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals supporting the site.
• Drive talent management, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Oversee recruitment strategy and onboarding for the site.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state HR regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics reporting.
