Job summary

Aramark Nexus seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to support leadership across Nexus sites in the United States, partnering with senior managers, department heads, and frontline teams to deliver practical HR support and compliant policies in fast-moving residential hospitality environments.

The successful candidate will operate hands-on, build trust with operations, manage diverse priorities, and help shape the employee experience as Aramark expands its workforce communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must have prior human resources experience, preferably in multi-site or field-based environments.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, documentation, and coaching.
• Ability to work independently in fast-moving, residential hospitality environments.
• Experience with HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership and support to senior managers, department heads, operations leaders, and frontline teams across assigned Nexus locations.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to operations by providing practical guidance on employee relations, performance management, staffing, engagement, compliance, and workplace expectations.
• Support onboarding, training programs, and communication of HR expectations.
• Prepare reports, documentation, employee records, HR summaries, and leadership updates as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage a diverse workload with sound judgment.
