Aramark Nexus is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to partner with site leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and operations for a Hereford, Texas project. You will lead staffing, employee relations, policy compliance, and housing support as applicable.
The role requires strong business acumen, effective prioritization, and fair treatment of all employees under federal and state law, with training aligned to corporate guidelines.
The Senior Human Resources Manager is a strategic and hands‑on HR partner responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle at the location, including staffing, employee/labor relations, policy and compliance, and - where applicable - employee housing support. This role uses strong business acumen to partner confidently with the on-site management team on HR strategy, workforce planning, and general operations.
The Senior HR Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional level of service through influence, sound judgment, and effective prioritization, while ensuring all employees are treated fairly and consistently in accordance with federal and state employment law, and that all employees receive training required by corporate, state, and federal guidelines.

This position will support a new project located near Hereford, Texas, within driving distance of both Hereford and Amarillo. Additional details regarding the specific work location will be shared with candidates as they move through the hiring process.
As the project develops, free on‑site room and board is planned to become available. This will include housing and meals provided at no cost, creating an option for employees who prefer to live closer to the worksite rather than commute each day. Additional information about housing, availability, amenities, and timing will be provided as those services become available.
