Job summary

Aramark Nexus seeks a Guest Services Manager to lead the front desk and resident services for a large-scale workforce community near Hereford, Texas. The role demands experience in busy hospitality settings and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival through departure.

Responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, coordinating with housekeeping and facilities, and maintaining accurate resident records while ensuring privacy and service quality across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel front desk, guest services, front office operations, lodging, or similar hospitality.
• Supervisory or management experience leading front desk, guest services, or hospitality employees.
• Experience with hotel Property Management System or reservation systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front desk and guest services operations for a high-volume residential hospitality environment.
• Manage, schedule, train, coach, and develop Guest Services Attendants and front desk team members.
• Oversee resident check-in/check-out, room assignments, registrations, and service requests.
• Ensure procedures are followed for resident records, privacy, and information security.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, facilities, security, and other departments to prepare rooms and services for arrivals.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and front desk performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain front desk procedures, shift expectations, and service standards.
