DHL Supply Chain in the United States (Arizona) is seeking a Site Finance Manager to provide financial and operational insight to enhance performance in a distribution center environment. You will influence operational leaders and guide decision-making with analytical rigor and attention to detail.

The role covers month-end close, payroll, payables and receivables, labor productivity reporting, budgeting and forecasting, Kronos support, and collaboration with General Managers and HR to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in Finance or Accounting; logistics industry experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of P&L and balance sheet; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for Accounting and Finance activities including month-end close.
• Direct contact with the customer leading discussions on billing, strategy and budgets.
• Audit vendor payables for accuracy and obtain approvals prior to payment.
• Prepare month-end close accruals and reclass journal entries.
• Prepare daily/weekly labor analysis reports for operations productivity.
