DHL Supply Chain seeks a Site Finance Manager to deliver financial and operational insights for distribution center leadership. You will influence budgeting, billing discussions, and KPI-driven performance improvements, ensuring accuracy in payroll, receivables, and payables.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced MS Office proficiency, and ability to interact with senior leaders to drive profitable decisions. Travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance field or 4 years equivalent work experience, required.
• 5+ years experience in Finance or Accounting, required.
• Logistics industry experience, required.
• Advanced accounting knowledge: P&L and balance sheet.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills; C Suite to warehouse.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; team player.
• Advanced PC skill proficiency in MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for all Accounting and Finance activities (month end close, payroll, receivables, payables).
• Provide analytical support for warehouse productivity, labor efficiency, throughput reporting and analysis.
• Lead customer/facility discussions on billing, strategy and budgets.
• Audit vendor payables and ensure approvals prior to payment.
• Prepare month end close accruals and reclassifications.
• Support accounts receivable and payable processing and PO reconciliations.
