DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Site Finance Manager to provide financial and operational insights aimed at enhancing performance and process efficiency in a distribution-center setting. You will influence operational leaders and drive decisions through analytical reporting and strategic budgeting.

The role requires deep accounting knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and strong presentation skills to guide decisions that impact profitability and efficiency. Travel is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or 4 years equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience in finance or accounting.
• Logistics industry experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Advanced knowledge of P&L and balance sheet.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to C-suite and warehouse teams.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; team player.
• Advanced PC skills in MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for all accounting and finance activities (month end close, payroll, receivables, payables) and for operational activities (labor productivity, throughput reporting).
• Conduct customer meetings as a representative of DHL Supply Chain and lead discussions on billing, strategy, and budgets.
• Prepare month end close accruals and reclass journal entries; assist with accounts receivable and payable processing.
• Reconcile purchase orders and support expense recognition; provide labor analysis reports for productivity analysis.
• Interact with General Managers and Supervisors to provide analytical support and ensure safe, efficient operations.
