Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Site Finance Manager to deliver financial and operational insights for a distribution center environment. You will influence decisions, support month-end close, payroll, and supplier/payable processes, and partner with site leadership to improve efficiency and profitability.

The role requires complex financial analysis, strong communication, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or 4 years equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience in Finance or Accounting; logistics experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of P&L and balance sheet.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills from C-Suite to warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for month end close, payroll, receivables, payables.
• Analyze warehouse productivity, labor efficiency, throughput reporting.
• Lead customer meetings on billing, strategy, and budgets.
• Audit vendor payables for accuracy and approvals.
• Prepare month end close accruals and journal entries.
• Support Kronos timekeeping setup for hourly activity reporting.
