Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Site Controller for an e-commerce facility in Ohio. You will lead Accounting, Finance and Analytics, report to the Site Director, and interact with DHL and Customer leadership. Key duties include budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, labor management, and month-end close.

The role requires senior finance experience, strong systems skills (Oracle/Essbase, Excel, PowerPoint), and a track record of driving cost efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years prior Finance or Accounting experience, required.
• Prior experience in a logistics, manufacturing or warehousing business, preferred.
• Strong systems skills including Oracle and Essbase, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to make recommendations for action.
• Strong people skills and ability to lead a team and build relationships.
• Must enjoy working in an intense, fast paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead all Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytics activities for a large e-commerce facility.
• Interact with Senior Leadership from DHL and Customer.
• Create and get approval for budgets, rolling forecasts, and capital expenditure.
• Be responsible for labor planning and management.
• Provide actionable insight based on analysis of volume and profile.
• Oversee Month End Close, Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Ensure compliance with customer contract and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Empowerment to make site-level decisions.
