Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks a Site Controller to lead all Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytics for a large e-commerce facility dedicated to one Customer. Report to the Site Director and interact with Senior Leadership from DHL and Customer to influence profitability.

The role requires 10–15 years of Finance/Accounting experience, strong systems skills (Oracle, Essbase, Excel, PowerPoint), and a proven ability to drive cost optimization and continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehousing

Qualifications

Minimum 10-15 years prior Finance or Accounting experience.
Prior experience in a logistics, manufacturing or warehousing business preferred.
Strong systems skills - Oracle and Essbase, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.
Strong analytical skills with ability to make recommendations for action.
Strong people skills - ability to lead a team and build relationships with various functions.
Must enjoy working in an intense, fast paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytics for a large e-commerce facility.
Manage budgeting, rolling forecasts, and capital expenditures.
Oversee labor planning and management.
Provide actionable insights from volume and profile analyses.
Oversee Month End Close, Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Ensure compliance with customer contract and service levels.
Drive continuous improvement to optimize cost and efficiency.
Empower decision-making at the site level.
