Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Site Controller responsible for leading all Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytics for a large e-commerce facility dedicated to a single customer. This high-visibility role reports to the Site Director and interfaces with senior leadership from DHL and the customer.

You will lead a functional team, manage budgets and forecasts, drive cost optimization, and ensure rigorous financial control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of Finance or Accounting experience.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to make recommendations for action.
• Ability to lead a team and build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytics for a large e‑commerce facility.
• Manage budgets, rolling forecast, and capital expenditure requirements.
• Oversee labor planning and management; provide actionable insights from volume analyses.
• Oversee Month End Close, Accounts Payable and Receivable; ensure contract/service level compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize cost and efficiency; make site-level decisions.
