Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Site Controller to lead all Accounting, Finance, and Business Analytics for a large e-commerce facility dedicated to one Customer. This high-visibility role reports to the Site Director and involves heavy interaction with the customer.

You will manage a functional team, partner with senior leadership, oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures, labor planning, and month-end close, delivering actionable insights to improve cost and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years finance or accounting experience required.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing preferred.
• Strong systems skills with Oracle and Essbase, plus MS Office.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• People skills to lead a team and collaborate with functions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, finance, and analytics for a large e-commerce facility.
• Interact with senior DHL and Customer leadership.
• Create and obtain approvals for budgets, rolling forecasts, and CAPEX.
• Oversee labor planning and management.
• Provide actionable insights from volume and profile analyses.
• Oversee Month End Close, AP/AR, and compliance with contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Empowered to make site-level decisions.
