Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or accounting required.
• 5-7 years accounting experience, with 3-5 years in manufacturing leadership.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, internal controls, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Sage MAS or Epicor.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under GAAP.
• Supervise accounting ops: AP, AR, payroll, GL, cost accounting.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Own budgeting/forecasting; analyze variances for leadership.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, fixed assets, and tax compliance.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team; drive process improvements.
• Partner with CFO and site leadership on strategic decisions.
