Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
• Experience leading finance teams and collaborating with operations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance (GAAP/SOX).
• Lead ERP improvements and drive process improvements in finance.
• Develop and manage IC process and talent development for the finance team.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and cost control.
• Coach and mentor staff, manage a small accounting team.
