Job summary

Micro-Tronics Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Site Controller to lead the financial function for the site and partner with Site Co-General Managers and the Division VP of Finance. You will drive strategy, improve profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency while ensuring GAAP compliance and SOX controls.

The role oversees month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development, mentoring accounting staff and partnering with operations to optimize cost and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems, GAAP, cost accounting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead site financials and partner closely with Site Co-General Managers and the Division VP of Finance.
• Develop and execute financial strategies for profitable growth.
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Develop, monitor, and enhance KPIs and internal controls.
