Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Operations/Supply Chain leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing/defense.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive planning discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the enterprise SIOP process, aligning demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial objectives.
• Facilitate executive SIOP reviews with risks, capacity constraints, inventory impacts and actions.
• Lead scenario planning to support growth, new product launches and constraints.
• Ensure SIOP decisions translate into executable production, procurement, inventory and capacity plans.
• Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and production planning to meet demand while optimizing lead times and inventory.
