You will partner across Sales, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Development, Quality, and Business Excellence to translate demand into executable plans, improve schedule stability, and drive ERP optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive Operations/Supply Chain leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and improve planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the enterprise SIOP process, aligning demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial objectives.
• Facilitate executive SIOP reviews with risks, constraints, and actions.
• Lead scenario planning to support growth, launches, and constraints.
• Ensure SIOP decisions translate into executable plans for production and procurement.
• Own MPS and production planning to balance demand and inventory investment.
• Develop inventory strategies balancing service levels and working capital.
