Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR a High School diploma & 8+ years of Military experience OR equivalent leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience managing teams with direct reports
• 8+ years of project or program manager experience
• Preferred: Shipyard experience or related industry knowledge
• Experience with engineering requirements for manufacturing and office buildings and systems
