Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shipyard Master Plan management and space planning initiatives.
• Oversee office moves, space renovations, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure facilities assets align with operational, staffing, and strategic needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into space solutions.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing professional team.
