Job summary

TMMG, LLC seeks a seasoned professional to support naval modernization and availability planning. The role includes reviewing and inputting work packages, coordinating across commands, and ensuring alignment with maintenance programs for surface ships.

You will analyze SCD data, develop ROI projections, and provide input to Type Desk Officers. Must have extensive shipboard HM&E experience and the ability to operate in a high-demand government environment.

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years of experience as military, civil service or contractor with shipboard engineering and maintenance experience.
• Experience analyzing modernization planning, availability and maintenance programs.
• Strong analytical, planning and reporting skills for complex naval programs.

Responsibilities

• Review, track, schedule and input to Availability Work Packages (AWP) and modernization plans.
• Analyze final Ship Change Document (SCD) data and provide ROI projections to Type Desk Officers.
• Coordinate D-Alts, MSA and Machinery Alts during CMAVs and Navy availabilities.
• Prepare summaries and reports for TYCOM and CNSL leadership; maintain Modernization Trackers.
