Job summary

Coupa is seeking a Sr Services Sales Executive to partner with Sales to articulate Coupa’s delivery approach and scope, focusing on early value delivery. This strategic role works with partners to shape proposals, scoping, estimating, and costing for complex engagements with multinational clients.

You will identify and close new service opportunities, influence solution design, and help extend Coupa’s services portfolio while maintaining strong customer and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling consulting projects, solutions, or managed services for a Software/SaaS firm.
• Background in procurement and accounting processes.
• Experience engaging with executive-level prospects and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, develop, and close new service engagements with Account Managers/Sales.
• Participate actively in sales cycles covering all aspects of Coupa services.
• Design, estimate, and scope engagements directly or via partners.
• Develop customized service offerings to meet client needs.
• Provide feedback to Delivery teams on existing packages for improvements.
