Job summary

EDP Renewables is seeking a Services Procurement Analyst to support the Procurement team by tracking bid processes, evaluations, milestones and supplier qualifications.

You will coordinate competitive bid processes (RFPs), assist with documentation, and act as a liaison between Procurement, Development, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Asset Management. Strong SAP and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or demonstrated progress toward a degree.
• 2+ years of purchasing experience, preferably industrial or manufacturing.
• Proficient SAP and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint); Access a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bid evaluations and contract approval processes.
• Coordinate competitive bid processes and supplier qualification.
• Serve as liaison among Procurement, Development, Engineering, and Operations.
• Provide weekly reporting on bids, POs, and contracts.
• Support SAP administration.
