Job summary

EDP Renewables North America is seeking a Services Procurement Analyst to support bid processes, evaluations, project milestones, and supplier qualification efforts.

You will coordinate between Procurement, Development, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Asset Management, ensuring timely contract approvals and accurate reporting. This role requires SAP and MS Office proficiency and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or progress toward a degree is required.
• 2+ years of related purchasing experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office; experience with Access preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract approval.
• Assist with creating and documenting competitive bid processes.
• Serve as liaison between Procurement, Development, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Asset Management.
• Verify company approvals before contracts are executed.
• Provide weekly or as-needed reporting of bid processes, purchase orders, and contract status.
• Support supplier qualification documents to ensure timely approvals.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and data management for Services Procurement.
• Track key material purchase order milestones to maintain project schedule.
• Gather market research on lead times, bidders, pricing, etc.
• Coordinate EDPR and supplier visits for bid presentations or events.
• Support expediting activities.
• Serve as back-up for SAP Administration.
