You will drive product strategy, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with business and IT leaders to optimize HR services, knowledge, portals, and insights. Strong analytical skills and a track record in HRSD modules are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with ServiceNow applications including HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and Knowledge Management.
• 5+ years developing ServiceNow capabilities in service delivery, portals and knowledge management.
• 5+ years generating reports for analysis and data auditing.
• 3+ years owning a digital product or enterprise platform roadmap and outcomes.
• 2+ years working with AI-enabled capabilities in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to support HRSD functional areas and roadmap.
• Develop vision and roadmap for the Product with business leaders.
• Maintain deliverables, timelines, and progress communication.
• Ensure delivered product meets business needs and objectives.
• Deliver enhancements, project requests and defects with scalable solutions.
• Gather requirements, design, configuration and testing with documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners for transparency.
• Assess ServiceNow capabilities through research and testing.
• Engage in ServiceNow release processes and impacts with stakeholders.
• Advise on best practices for HRSD, Knowledge Management and portals.
• Integrate data and generate insights to influence HR strategy.
• Lead data analysis and reporting to support decisions.
• Mentor and develop team members; guide product teams.
