Job summary

Nordic seeks a ServiceNow Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex client engagements, delivering on time, on budget, and with measurable outcomes. You will align services with client goals, manage scope, and drive program success across RFPs and deployments.

You will partner with a broad ServiceNow team, develop deployment methodologies, and deliver executive-level communications while mentoring junior staff and maintaining project governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive, professional experience in consulting or professional services.
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification required.
• Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow methodologies and best practices required.
• PMP Certification or at least 10 years of experience in full project life cycle planning, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to deliver on time, on budget, and with great outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, communication plans, and risk trackers.
• Define, manage, and adhere to project scope and milestones.
• Coordinate with Nordic ServiceNow team to create offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Produce polished project deliverables and executive-level communications.
• Mentor team members and support PMO with standards and templates.
