Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in progressive manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating in regulated industry with ISO knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years with planning systems such as SAP, Adexa, JDA, or Kinaxis.
• Experience in Production Planning or Project Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to respond to detailed inquiries and present to groups.
• Advanced ERP experience; capable of customizing ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
• APICS and Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned NPI/Sustaining projects; drive pilot-to-launch.
• Lead and monitor projects; track scope, timelines, and variances.
• Engage Manufacturing in continuous improvement processes.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering on ECO changes.
• Identify supply risks; analyze capacity for what-if scenarios.
• Maintain department metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Develop countermeasures for Work Order Errors.
• Review production order processing per Quality/Inventory control.
• Support UAT testing in ERP system.
• Maintain SAP MRP parameters; mentor team on WI/DOP.
