Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' experience in SAP (Mandatory).
• Advanced MS Office skills: vlookup, Pivot tables, macros and data analysis.
• Presents ideas effectively in formal and informal settings.
• Ability to respond to detailed inquiries and present to groups and senior management.
• Advanced SAP/ERP experience; troubleshoot IT issues with minimal assistance.
• Excellent communication in English/Spanish, succinct and organized.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and supply chain management.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision.
• No direct supervisory responsibilities; acts as a coach/mentor when needed.
• Exposure to low/high complexity equipment; strong analytical and problem solving.
• Flexible, motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Manage assigned NPI/Sustaining projects at strategic and tactical levels.
• Mentor team members; update WI and DOP documents.
• Lead and support department projects; track scope, timelines, and changes.
• Engage manufacturing teams in continuous improvement and timely implementation.
• Identify supply risks and inventory exposures; coordinate with supply chain.
• Develop solutions using planning concepts to handle constraints.
• Perform capacity analysis and forecast changes for production growth.
• Maintain department metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Provide SME direction for NPI programs transitioning to sustaining lines.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering to review ECOs and implement changes.
• Support production activities and maximize line uptime.
• Analyze build schedules and supplier data to prevent line shortages.
• Communicate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping, and Customer Service.
