Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage P&L, sales, and gross profit.

• Build partnerships with branch leaders and key customers.
• Coordinate effective training initiatives for the team.
• Prepare annual budgets and participate in forecasting meetings.
• Promote a safe working environment during branch visits.
