Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Resource Director to lead enterprise service-line strategies, focusing on cost per case, utilization, and standardization across clinical areas.

The role requires collaboration with physicians, clinical leaders, and Supply Chain Operations to drive evidence-based decisions. The CRD will oversee clinical and economic strategy within the assigned portfolio and partner with RSCRDs to ensure adoption of standardized practices while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a healthcare-related field and related experiences in value analysis or clinical supply chain is required.
• Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• Three to five years of value analysis/clinical/hospital leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise service-line strategies to reduce supply expenses and improve cost per case.
• Identify clinical variation in supply expense and develop action plans to address high-value opportunities.
• Build relationships with physicians and clinical leaders to standardize utilization and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with RSCRDs, Corporate Contracting, Analytics and Finance to inform sourcing strategy and performance.
