Job summary

HCA Healthcare’s St. David's Round Rock Medical Center seeks a Clinical Resource Director to lead the clinical resource management program and drive the supply expense agenda across hospital operations.

This role develops strategies to reduce costs, standardizes products, and utilizes value analysis committees to improve quality and patient outcomes. The candidate will collaborate with hospital leadership, physicians and supply chain teams to execute cost containment while maintaining care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare value analysis, clinical supply chain, or acute care hospital performance.
• Master’s degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements facility or division-based strategies to reduce supply expense per adjusted admission.
• Identifies and implements supply expense margin improvement, focusing on high-cost departments.
• Leads value analysis meetings and collaborates with physicians, leadership and supply chain.
• Builds relationships with hospital leadership and clinical teams to implement cost containment and quality initiatives.
