Job summary

HP is seeking a CSS Service Insights Analyst to deliver advanced analytical insights that drive growth and improve customer engagement across Services. You will analyze large datasets with SQL, Python, and AI-assisted methods, partner with product and data teams, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for executives.

Responsibilities include building measurement frameworks, executive dashboards, and data-driven narratives to influence product strategy and monetization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Engineering, or Economics. Graduate degree preferred.
• 7+ years of analytic work experience with emphasis on email and in-app campaigns and digital products.
• 3+ years working with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design experiments, measure performance, and generate customer insights using AI-assisted analytics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that grow subscriptions and engagement.
• Define measurement frameworks and data product specs with data engineering.
• Deliver actionable insights with executive-ready dashboards and data narratives.
• Apply machine learning and statistics to explain performance and guide decisions.
• Continuously explore new AI capabilities to improve analytics efficiency.
