Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Service Finance to partner with Service leadership and drive margin expansion through forecasting, planning and actionable insights.

You will own the service P&L narrative and lead monthly forecasts, budgeting, and long-range plans. As a senior finance partner, you will translate data into strategic actions, support pricing and cost optimization, and drive cross-functional financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A and business partnering.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience supporting operational or service-based organizations preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasts, annual budgeting, and long-range planning for the Service function.
• Consolidate and analyze financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide variance analysis with root-cause insights and recommended actions.
• Own service gross margin performance and drive improvement initiatives.
• Act as trusted financial advisor to Service leadership on operational decisions.
• Develop financial models to assess strategic initiatives and productivity improvements.
• Own monthly and quarterly business reviews with performance summaries and actions.
