Job summary

Control Risks seeks a Strategic Finance Business Partner to act as the primary finance contact for the Security service line, embedding commercial discipline across pricing, margin management, working capital and investment decisions. You will translate financial insight into clear actions and partner with FP&A for high-quality reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Commercial Finance professional.
CPA certification highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across senior stakeholders.
Able to translate financial concepts to diverse audiences within a large, global firm.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial analysis on revenue quality, margins and pricing effectiveness.
Partner with Security leadership to improve deal economics and portfolio performance.
Deliver regular performance insight through flash updates and leadership sessions.
Drive the Margin Improvement Plan and ensure alignment with target margins and risk appetite.
Champion adoption of Commercial Tools and standardized reporting to reduce manual analysis.
