Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager is required.
• LEED, CEM, BEP, Sandler Silver and/or Energy Star certification preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes business development action plans for specific customer/market targets.
• Develops, estimates, and presents service agreement proposals to customers while fostering client relationships.
