Responsibilities include pre-screening, sourcing strategy development, presenting offers, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and AbbVie policies. A strong business presence and proactive recruitment approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5+ years recruitment experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Strong business presence and ability to instill confidence in clients.
• Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience with SmartRecruiters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
• Pre-screen candidates, manage projects, and partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies and provide talent for open positions.
• Manage open requisitions, update and manage SmartRecruiters, and report recruitment metrics.
• Prepare and approve offer packages with equity & market competitiveness data research.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and AbbVie policies for applicant tracking and reporting metrics.
• Establish partnerships with hiring managers and leadership on staffing related activities and issues.
