Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• 7+ years recruiting experience preferred
• Must project a strong business presence and deliver results
• Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required
• Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience preferred
• Experience in managing requisitions within SmartRecruiters preferred

Responsibilities

• Recruitment focused on a specific team/function, or other areas as assigned
• Attract top talent and develop a strong candidate pool for openings
• Pre-screen candidates, manage projects, and source strategies
• Provide talent for open positions and develop recruitment strategies
• Manage open requisitions, update SmartRecruiters, and report key metrics
• Prepare and approve offer packages and provide market data research
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and AbbVie policies
• Establish business partnerships with hiring managers and leadership
