Job summary

Cheniere Energy is seeking a Senior/Lead Recruiter to support day-to-day staffing strategies across multiple client groups. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with HR and leadership, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance.

The role emphasizes project planning, stakeholder management, and data-driven metrics. Occasional remote work is possible; travel may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (strongly preferred). SHRMP-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
Senior: Minimum five (5) years of applicable experience as a Recruiter.
Lead: Minimum eight (8) years of applicable experience as a Recruiter.
Experience as a Corporate Recruiter within Oil & Gas/Energy industry is preferred.
Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) ATS is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver full-cycle recruitment for exempt, nonexempt, and leadership positions to global and domestic client groups.
Coordinate recruiting events, provide status reports, track costs, and create metrics for management.
Develop project plans, schedules, and program milestones; communicate risks and solutions.
Identify and implement recruitment strategies with managers to attract top talent.
Support apprenticeship and intern programs and diversity outreach.
