Cheniere Energy in Houston seeks a Lead Analyst, HR Services to design HR processes across Oracle HCM Cloud suite, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Core HR, Performance, Goals, Talent, Succession, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management. The role also supports Oracle E-Business Suite HR processes in a hybrid environment.

You will lead governance, workflow controls, data integrity, audits, and collaborate with HR and IT to implement changes and ensure compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of HR processes across ORC, Core HR, Performance, Goals, Talent, Succession, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management.
• Govern end-to-end HR processes with controls and auditability across hire-to-retire lifecycle.
• Support Oracle EBS HR processes in a hybrid environment.
• Document requirements, scopes, and objectives for HRIS initiatives.
• Design system testing for new functionality, patches, and upgrades.
• Provide training and job aids for HR staff on HRIS functionality.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate HR data across the system.
