Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, math, statistics, or related field.
• Senior Analyst: 1-3 years in IB/M&A/Principal Investing; or 3-7 years in Corporate Development/Finance.
• Lead Analyst: 3-5 years in IB/M&A/Principal Investing; or 7-10 years in Corporate Development/Finance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, project finance).
• Assist in financings, investments and transactions using corporate or project finance structures.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and prepare board materials with forecasts.
