Job summary

You will be the primary interface with senior government and contractor leadership to ensure technical, operational, financial, and contractual success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Fifteen years of program management experience or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of program management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of government contracting and performance management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the execution of complex programs and contracts.
• Develop and implement program strategies and execution plans.
• Manage scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Monitor performance and ensure contractual, technical, and financial compliance.
• Lead planning, execution, and reporting activities.
• Maintain relationships with government customers, subcontractors, stakeholders, and internal leadership.
• Oversee budget development and financial performance activities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Lead program reviews, status meetings, executive briefings, and customer engagements.
• Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are achieved.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams toward mission objectives.
• Support strategic planning, business growth, and program transitions.
• Develop recommendations to address complex operational challenges.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to managers and project personnel.
• Ensure timely completion of program documentation and deliverables.
