Job summary

Publicis Sapient, a digital transformation partner, seeks a Senior Manager of Agile Program Management to lead planning, execution, and delivery of agile initiatives across product teams in New York. You will ensure alignment with business objectives, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and drive cross-functional collaboration using AI-assisted insights.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Agile project management, Agile transformation, or Agile leadership roles.
Expertise in digital and/or martech transformation work, with a record of delivering programs across digital/marketing technology, customer data, and engagement platforms.
AI fluency: demonstrated ability to apply generative and agentic AI tools to improve delivery speed, quality, and decision-making, and to lead teams in doing the same.
Strong expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean Agile methodologies.
Proven track record of leading Agile projects and driving successful digital transformations.
Excellent leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, SAFe toolkits, and Agile dashboards.
Ability to implement Agile project management best practices and ensure Agile maturity across teams.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Set Yourself Apart With: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or other Agile project management certifications.
Experience leading Agile transformations in large enterprise environments.
Expertise in Agile coaching, change management, and scaling Agile frameworks.
Thought leadership in Agile methodologies and enterprise agility strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile project execution, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of Agile initiatives for digital or Martech transformation programs.
Manage cross-functional teams to drive Agile program management best practices and align projects with business objectives.
Apply AI fluency to raise efficiency: use AI to cut planning, backlog refinement, status reporting, risk analysis, and dependency tracking, improving decision-making and delivery outcomes.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to enhance team efficiency.
Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver value-driven solutions.
Guide client and delivery teams through digital and martech transformation, including platform migrations, data and customer-journey orchestration, and personalization at scale, so outcomes are realized.
Develop Agile governance structures, dashboards, and performance metrics to track and optimize project execution, using AI-assisted insights to surface issues early and measure impact.
Coach teams to adopt AI tools responsibly and consistently, setting practices that make AI-enabled delivery repeatable across programs.
Provide leadership and mentorship to Agile teams, fostering continuous improvement and Lean-Agile thinking.
Work with senior leadership to drive Agile transformation strategies and enterprise agility.
