Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Senior SAFe Scrum Master to drive complex technology deliveries in a remote US setting. This 12+ month contract may extend, requiring SAFe certification and strong Azure DevOps experience.

You will facilitate SAFe ceremonies, coach teams, manage dependencies, and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum. AI awareness is a plus to support emerging tech within business contexts.

Qualifications

Senior-level Scrum Master with SAFe experience in large-scale environments.
SAFe certification required and strong Azure DevOps skills.
Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders toward continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior Scrum Master supporting technical product and engineering teams.
Facilitate SAFe ceremonies, sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and PI Planning.
Coach teams on Agile principles and SAFe, ensuring alignment and delivery.
Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, and stakeholders to drive delivery.
Use Azure DevOps to support backlog management, planning, reporting, and visibility.
Identify risks, dependencies, impediments, and communicate delivery status.
