Sunrise Senior Living in Arlington, VA seeks a Director of Sales to lead the marketing and sales strategy for your community—driving occupancy, revenue, and long-term growth.

You will build referral networks, utilize CRM tools, and guide the team with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, while maintaining an independent, goal-driven mindset and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Sales Strategy: analyze market trends, create Sales & Marketing Plans, manage referrals, use CRM to move prospects through funnel, attend weekly strategy meetings, report performance.
• Drive Revenue & Growth: meet/exceed occupancy and revenue targets, optimize pricing and inventory, perform competitive analysis.
• External Business Development: present to referral partners, secure credentialing with facilities, strengthen community partnerships.
• Oversee Move-In Experience: coordinate resident assessments, ensure paperwork and compliance for transitions.
• Financial & Team Leadership: manage sales budget, train coaches and teams on accountability.
