Qualifications

• 6+ years of related construction project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing contractors, scopes, and renovations from demolition through installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead OR renovation and new construction projects from quote through customer sign-off.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships.
• Oversee demolition, site preparation, construction activities, and installation readiness.
• Coordinate contractors, architects, facility leaders, and healthcare stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive project planning, risk mitigation, vendor management, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
