Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a financial analysis professional to partner with multiple business areas in Framingham, MA. You will build complex models, drive annual budgets, and translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

You will collaborate with Store Ops, HR, Real Estate, Marketing, and Merchandising to support strategic decisions and long-range planning, while delivering clear insights and executive-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Financial Analysis, Consulting, or Investment Banking experience.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with different areas of the business to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to CFOs and senior leadership teams.
• Synthesize conclusions and develop recommendations based on data you have captured.
• Drive annual and long range budgeting processes.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support corporate decision making.
• Develop presentations and messaging for senior leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with TJX teams such as Store Operations, HR, Real Estate, Marketing, and Merchandising.
