Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Framingham, MA seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for Corporate IT Finance to support IT budgeting, planning and reporting. You will partner with IT leadership and finance, build financial models, and deliver analyses to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements include 3+ years FP&A experience, a Finance degree, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with senior stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role in a Fortune 100 company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A / budgeting experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within a deadline driven environment.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with high attention to detail and desire to motivate change.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and experience presenting to senior management.
• Experience working with individuals outside of Finance preferred but not required.
• Aptitude with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• As part of a Global Finance team, help develop the IT Annual Plan and Rolling Plan Forecasts pertaining to IT operations for the entire company
• Partner with both IT Management as well as Divisional Finance Departments to identify any budgetary risks and opportunities; highlight key messages to relevant partners
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support the budgeting process and various ad-hoc analyses; find opportunities for operational improvement and recommend solutions for efficiency gains
• Work collaboratively with IT Finance teammates to contribute to the development of the long range strategic plan
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and present them to IT and Finance Senior Management
• Prepare monthly and year-to-date management reports, analysis and feedback on financial performance and key performance measures; present findings to Senior Management
